The following video clips were created and are provided as a service TO OUR EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY.
If you are on this page, it is probably because your attorney or one of his/her staff provided you with an access code and asked you to watch one or more of the videos. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU WATCH THE ENTIRE VIDEO(S) AS INSTRUCTED!
The video clips are not intended to take the place of communication between the attorney and client, but to provide our clients with the means to review the information as often as is necessary for clients to feel comfortable, confident and secure in their preparation for court, mediation, or other proceedings.
The video clips include footage of interviews with the attorney, onsite court tours and addresses topics like: mediation, courthouse parking, inside the courtroom, who the people in the courtroom are, what to expect in various proceedings/situations, what the attorney will do, and what the client will have to do or say.
HOW TO START A VIDEO
In order to access the videos on this page you will need a code number provided by your attorney or his staff. The access codes change on the first day of each calendar month, so you will need to obtain new access codes for each calendar month that you wish to view the video(s). When you click on a video name, a dialog box will open asking for your name, email address and access code. Just complete the fields in the dialog box and then click the “Next” button and the video will start. You can pause the video at any time to take notes or if you need to take a break.
Each time you access the video library using the access code(s), an electronic report will be generated and submitted to your lawyer showing which video(s) you watched and how long you spent watching them. You should watch the video(s) as often as you need to in order to feel comfortable and secure about your participation in the proceeding(s). YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED FOR TIME SPENT WATCHING THE VIDEO(S).

In Fresno County, this is usually the first court proceeding you will be attending when custody/visitation of children is an issue to be determined.
